In force from 1 March 2016
Test Certificate - digital data that facilitate digital signing, person identification, proof of the link of the originator to the electronic document, device identification, secure data transfer, software signature and/or data encryption and is issued for the purpose of developing certificate-based solutions.
Token - a smart card, SIM-card, encrypted USB stick or any other hardware for which test certificates are issued for the purpose of developing solutions based on the respective Token.
SK - the provider of certification service and transferor of the Test Certificate and/or Token, SK.
User - any legal or natural person that has been issued with a Test Certificate and/or Token by SK.

2. General Terms and Conditions
2.1. A Test Certificate will expire on the expiry date indicated on the Test Certificate or upon revocation of the Test Certificate.
2.2. SK has the right revoke a Test Certificate in the following cases:
2.2.2. where SK finds that there is a justified need for revocation;
2.2.3. with the agreement of SK and the User.
2.3. SK has the right to disclose information regarding the Users of Test Certificates.
3. Obligations of the User
3.1. The User will pay a single fee for issuing a Test Certificate and/or Token in accordance with the SK price list, available at the Website, and based on an invoice issued by SK.
3.2. The User agrees to use the Test Certificate and/or Token only for the development, testing and demonstration of solutions based on certificates or the Token.
3.3. The User will maintain the Token prudently.
4.1. The User will accept full and exclusive liability for any consequences of, and damage arising from, the use of the Test Certificates and/or Token.
4.2. The User has been issued with a Test Certificate and/or Token on the 'AS IS' principle and SK will accept no liability for the consequences of the use or functionality of the Test Certificate and/or Token.
4.3. SK will accept no liability for the User not being able to use the Test Certificates and/or Token for reasons beyond SK’s control (Force Majeure, any act or omission attributable to a third person).
