Customer Service Points

Here you will find a list of the customer service points of SK:

In SK’s customer service points you can perform the following operations:

  • regarding ID-card:
    • verification, suspension, revocation and activation of certificates;
    • receipt of a new PIN envelope (free of charge in PPA, for a fee in SEB and Swedbank);
  • regarding Digi-ID:
    • suspension, revocation and activation of certificates;
    • receipt of a new PIN envelope (free of charge in PPA, for a fee in SEB and Swedbank)*.

* This additional service does not exist for e-resident's Digi-ID.

The term of validity of an ID-card applied for after 1 January 2007 and the certificates transferred on it is 5 years. Since the term of validity of the card as well as the certificates transferred on it is the same, you do not need to update the certificates.

Where necessary, the easiest way of suspension of your ID-card certificates is to call ID-card hotline at 1777 or (+ 372) 677 3377.

ID-cards applied for after 15 January 2007 are issued only in the service points of the Police and Border Guard Board.
