Facts: DigiDoc has been used to give more than 2 million digital signatures.

DigiDoc is already helping people to transform private, business and state communications. People can use Estonian ID cards and DigiDoc to give digital signatures in any form of communications and acting in any role. This technology has become a de facto standard in Estonia. More than a million digital signatures have been given using DigiDoc.

The system is used by most of the public sector, e.g. by the Estonian courts, central government, local municipalities as well as the businesses, banks being the leaders.
